Seasonal, Thoughtful, and Made to Share
Marisol’s four-course Valentine’s Day menu celebrates bold flavors, refined technique, and the joy of lingering over a meal together. The evening opens with an abundant spread of snacks for the table fresh oysters dressed with pomegranate mignonette and Calabrian hot sauce, deviled eggs topped with Fresno pepper chili crisp and trout roe, and savory maitake sope setting the tone for a shared, indulgent experience.
From there, guests choose from a selection of decadent, seasonal dishes, including beef tartare accented with horseradish and cured egg yolk, and a strawberry and goat cheese little gem salad that balances richness with brightness. Entrées continue the experience with standout plates such as Chilean sea bass in red curry and lemongrass broth, and a classic ribeye au poivre served with poached pear and parsnip potato rösti. The evening concludes with a black cocoa très leches dessert for the table, a final moment of sweetness designed to be shared.
